Move In Dubai was founded in May 2009 and our walk in showroom office is centrally located in Al Barsha, next to Mall of the Emirates.
The core focus of our business is everything property related; residential and commercial leasing; buying and selling of apartments, townhouses and villas; we provide a full Property & Tenancy Support Service to all our landlords whether based in the UAE or overseas; Power of Attorney Service for Property Handovers, Title Deed Collection, buying and selling property.
Our business values have always remained the same – we believe in providing the best possible service, there is a strong onus on looking after our clients (both owners and tenants) and their properties, we value our staff who have been with us for many years and we aim to source the best properties.

Andrew Kirby
Our Managing Director is Andrew Kirby from Newcastle, England. In the past 19 years Andrew has worked in real estate sales and marketing covering a number of international markets including Dubai, Spain, Cyprus, Africa, USA, Panama, Germany and Bulgaria. As an investor himself he appreciates the benefits of buying an excellent investment property at the right time and the importance of doing due diligence on any potential purchases. A real people person, he is incredibly loyal, reliable and hard working and his drive for success has helped the company and our clients flourish. He previously worked for the UK communications giant British Telecom in Business Sales & Marketing. Andrew brings his international knowledge, experience and skill set to the fore front of the Move In team.
Helen Eaton
Our Director and Power of Attorney Specialist is Helen Eaton from Brighton, England. Helen has 20 years international experience in property sales and Handovers in Dubai, France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Turkey, Bulgaria and Panama. A property owner herself, Helen understands the trends of global property markets and the benefits associated with property management. Helen has a Law Degree from the UK and has put her legal training into good practice in developing the Power of Attorney and Property Handover division. Helen has completed more than 400 property Handovers and property sales in Dubai, acting as Power of Attorney for overseas clients. She previously worked in advertising and marketing for the London media specialist, Portland International (WPP) travelling globally with the company.
